2.1 Device Identifiers

We collect device identifiers (User ID and Device ID) through our third-party subscription management partner, RevenueCat. This information is used solely for subscription management and restore purchases functionality.

2.2 Subscription Information

When you purchase a PRO subscription, RevenueCat processes your subscription through Apple's App Store. We do not collect or store your payment information. All payment processing is handled by Apple.

2.3 Workout Data

All workout data (presets, history, custom intervals) is stored locally on your device. We do not collect, transmit, or store this data on our servers.

2.4 Notifications

With your permission, we may send you local notifications to alert you when your workout timer completes or when transitioning between work and rest phases. These notifications are processed locally on your device and are only used for app functionality (PRO feature: background audio cues). You can manage notification permissions in your device's Settings at any time.

3. How We Use Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

• Subscription Management: To verify and manage your PRO subscription status
• Restore Purchases: To allow you to restore your PRO subscription on different devices
• App Functionality: To provide and improve the App's features and services
• Notifications: To send local notifications for workout timer cues when the app is in the background (PRO feature only)

4. Third-Party Services

4.1 RevenueCat

We use RevenueCat for subscription management. RevenueCat collects device identifiers (User ID and Device ID) for the sole purpose of managing your subscription and enabling restore purchases functionality. RevenueCat does not use this data for advertising or tracking purposes.

4.2 Apple App Store

All subscription payments are processed through Apple's App Store. We do not have access to your payment information.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We only share device identifiers with RevenueCat for subscription management purposes, as described in this Privacy Policy.

6. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access your personal information
• Request deletion of your personal information
• Opt-out of data collection (by not using the App)
• Cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple App Store account settings

8. Children's Privacy

Our App is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
